  • GALDR.fo offers print-on-demand products (e.g., clothing, accessories) that are fulfilled by Printful, a third-party production and logistics provider.

  • All products are created on-demand, meaning they are produced specifically for your order.

  • Due to the nature of print-on-demand production, slight variations in print quality, color, and size may occur.

3. Ordering Process

  • Placing an Order:
    To place an order, select the desired product, size, and quantity, and complete the checkout process.

  • Order Confirmation:
    Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This confirms that GALDR.fo has received your order.

  • Payment:
    All orders must be paid in full at checkout. GALDR.fo accepts major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods.

4. Prices and Taxes

  • All prices are listed in EUR and include Danish VAT (25%) where applicable.

  • Customers outside the EU may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, or fees upon delivery. GALDR.fo is not responsible for these costs.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • GALDR.fo uses Printful for fulfillment and shipping services. Orders are processed within 2–7 business days. Delivery times vary depending on the destination:

    • EU Countries: 3–7 business days after fulfillment

    • Rest of the World: 5–14 business days after fulfillment

  • GALDR.fo is not liable for delays caused by incorrect addresses, courier issues, or unforeseen events.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping costs will apply.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

As Printful produces all items on demand, GALDR.fo cannot accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect sizing ordered by the customer

Exceptions:
You may request a replacement or refund if:

  • The product arrives damaged or defective.

  • There is a manufacturing error (e.g., misprint or wrong product).

How to Submit a Claim:

  1. Email contact@galdr.fo within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Attach clear photos of the product showing the issue.

  3. GALDR.fo will evaluate the claim and respond within 3 business days.

Order Cancellations:

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they have entered production.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, logos, and content on GALDR.fo are the property of GALDR.fo and are protected under Danish and EU copyright laws.

  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of GALDR.fo's intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
